Hearthly is a shared household app — one calm place where the people you live with can see and handle the running of a home together. It brings chores and room repairs, restock reminders, an aisle-sorted grocery list, household expense splitting, recurring bills and calendar sync into a single screen, instead of five group chats and a fridge note. It runs in your phone's browser, needs no app store, and one household shares one space. It's free to start, with Hearthly Premium at R149/month for the extras.

02How do I get Hearthly?

Hearthly is a mobile web app — no app store needed. Open live-havenpulse.com on your phone and add it to your home screen.

03What is Hearthly Premium?

Premium is a single household subscription (R149/month) that unlocks Google Calendar sync, recurring bill alerts, staff records and live places. One subscription covers the whole household.

04How am I billed?

Monthly in South African Rand (ZAR) through Paystack, our secure payment provider. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

05How is my information used?

We use your name and email to run your account, and the chores, lists, expenses and calendar entries you add to show them to your household. Payments go through Paystack — we never see or store your card details. We don't sell your data, and you can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time.

06Who can see my location?

Nobody, until you switch live places on. When it's on, your location is shared only with the members of your household — never with anyone outside it — and you can turn it off at any time from your permissions. Location is never shared without the consent of the person being located.
